Support for the Journey

I have coached clients in various industries including IT, healthcare, finance, and throughout the globe. I have worked with and coached some of the most brilliant and creative minds in these sectors. Companies include Slack, Salesforce, Kognitiv, Accenture, PNNL, Planned Parenthood, Amazon, Brooks Automation, Toshiba and more.

Why I Coach

I became a coach because I know first-hand how hard it is to navigate the world when your brain is wired differently. But through perseverance and purpose, I learned how to redirect my experiences and create a healthy and successful reality.

Now, I’m dedicated to helping others – YOU? – successfully navigate challenging mental and behavioral health journeys and struggles as a neurodivergent individual.

Professional Experience

I am an ACC credentialed coach by ICF, the International Coaching Federation. I completed a post-graduate Positive Psychology and Well-Being Coaching Certification program from the College of Executive Coaching. The program is approved by the NBHWC and National Board of Medical Examiners. I earned my MS degree in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a BS in Psychology from American International College. I am also a member of the Asperger/Autism Professional Coaching Association.

Also, I provide per diem coaching services at the Asperger/Autism Network, BetterUp, and the Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute. After spending nearly three decades working in leadership and counseling positions in the non-profit sector, I continue my passion for serving others to thrive.

I am a member and speaker of the Stability Network, a growing global movement of people living and working with mental health conditions. I am a staunch advocate to destigmatize mental illness and neurodiversity in society.

In my experience, assessments help me to have a better understanding of the individuals I coach. They also provide greater self-insight and self-awareness to you. Assessments help you organize your self-perceptions and create actionable goals with a more complete understanding of yourself. Each assessment tool is a scientifically-validated psychometric assessment.

Recommended assessments and tools I typically use:

  • VIA Character Strengths Survey

  • EQ-i 2.0 For Emotional Intelligence

  • CliftonStrengths
