Life Guide Coaching for Neurodiverse Adults

I coach neurodiverse adults who struggle with working memory, emotional regulation, focus, task initiation, planning/prioritization, organization, time management, defining and achieving goals, flexibility, observation, and stress tolerance.

Neurodiversity Coaching

Are you a professional or a leader who has a diagnosis or suspects you may have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and anxiety?

My coaching focuses on your specific strengths, values, and goals to help you realize your full potential. It is centered around finding practical solutions to difficulties as well as recognizing and growing personal strengths. Professional coaching is also about working with stress levels, knowing how to alter habits, and identifying long term goals while setting smaller, attainable steps to reach those goals.

As a Neurodiversity coach, I can help you understand how you are built, learn to love who you are, and discover how to succeed. Not everyone needs to fit into a specific mold to feel successful. I will help you draw on your successes to help remind you that you have the resilience and grit to reach your desired outcomes.

The Process

As a trained AsperCoach by Asperger/Autism Network, I have learned the most effective approaches for coaching adults on the spectrum from professionals who are the experts in helping adults with Neurodiverse profiles build skills and progress toward reaching their life goals. The process includes:

  • Evaluation of an individual's unique strengths and challenges within their environment

  • Development of appropriate coaching goals

  • Employment of innovative coaching techniques that are responsive to each individual's needs

  • The latest knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorders or similar profiles

  • New skills in the area of coaching adults on the spectrum
