Stress Management Coaching
In this program, we take a holistic approach as we know that when the key domains of life are going well, then feeling good and functioning well both professionally and personally are much more likely. I help you pinpoint the opportunities for the greatest well-being, and gain a picture of what life and work look like as your best self. This is a wonderful way to really stay focused and get some great momentum towards your vision of well-being.
Like building a muscle, increasing your resilience takes time and intentionality. Focusing on four core components—connection, wellness, healthy thinking, and meaning—can empower you to withstand and learn from difficult experiences. This program will empower you with the tools and skills to increase your resilience.
The Process
I help you to evaluate your life across several domains (i.e., work, home, emotional, and physical well-being) and to develop positive coping strategies. You will develop practical tools and skills to facilitate positive personal and professional change.
