This program helps you build the emotional agility and mental flexibility to respond well to challenges, change, and burnout. For neurodivergent women especially, stress isn't just a feeling; it's the cumulative cost of masking, overextending, and pushing through. Stress Management Coaching

This work draws on positive psychology, which focuses on your strengths and well-being rather than your deficits. Instead of fixing what's wrong, we build on what already works. Through practices like gratitude, optimism, and mindfulness, you learn to ease the grip of stress and grow the emotional resources that carry you through hard stretches. We'll also strengthen your resilience by developing a growth mindset, finding meaning in challenges, and leaning on the relationships that support you. The result is a stronger set of coping skills, so you can recover from setbacks and hold your balance when life gets demanding. By focusing on your strengths, your sense of meaning, and the experiences that genuinely sustain you, you build a foundation for well-being that lasts.

The Process

Together, we'll look at your life across several domains, including work, home, and your emotional and physical well-being, and develop coping strategies that actually fit you. You'll leave with practical tools and skills to support real change, personally and professionally.
